Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, etc;
2. More than 5 years sales experience in electronic industry (connector industry preferred), sales management experience preferred;
3. With rich customer resources and customer relations, excellent performance;
4. Strong ability of market analysis, marketing, promotion, interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving;
5. Strong sense of career and leadership.
6. Can adapt to frequent business trips

Job responsibilities
1. Sales management position, responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional areas;
2. To formulate, participate in or assist the top to implement relevant policies and systems;
3. Responsible for the daily management of the Department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the Department staff;
4. Responsible for the sales operation of the organization, including planning, organization, progress control and review;
5. Assist sales director to set up sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan;
6. Establish and manage sales team to achieve sales target;
7. From the perspective of sales and customer demand, provide guidance for product research and development.
